Freddy was the sales associate that assisted me at the Brooklyn, Bergen Street location. He was professional, prompt and pleasant. He was genuinely interested in helping me select eyewear that fit my style and look. Attentive, helpful and courteous. Poster child for giving a great customer experience. This location is not closer to my home or the one I usually go to. however, I went out of my way because I wanted to have a different customer service experience and I achieved that at the Bergen Street store thanks to Freddy! It not just about the eyewear but the overall customer service experience you receive leading up to your eyewear purchase for me.

The associates were very friendly and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the store. The environment is positive and clean, display glasses were neat and presentable, and I picked out the perfect pair. I did not remember to ask his name, but the associate who helped me with my purchase was extremely pleasant and offered me various add-ons for my glasses lenses. 10/10 superb customer service; I will be coming back in the next 2 years for a new pair!

Compared to some other eyeglass shops in the neighborhood, the experience at Warby Parker was elite. I was welcomed into the shop and offered help. Both employees who helped me struck the right balance of helping and leaving me alone to try things on myself. I felt taken care of and like I was important to them. Complete opposite experience from another NY shop I have been in twice trying on frames and not one word was uttered to me by any of the multiple employees who stood there watching me try on their glasses. Warby Parker and their employees were welcoming, helpful and courteous. Will absolutely be back for any glasses or contact needs.

Had a really wonderful experience here the other day — walked in expecting to try on a few pairs and begin my quest, ended up waltzing out in a great mood with a new pair of glasses ordered. Staff was super helpful, friendly, and well-informed without being overbearing. Walked me through all the insurance intricacies and explained how the process works very clearly. Thanks for guiding me through what is usually a very stressful experience with such grace and warmth!

Stopped by this store recently and had a great experience. I can be very particular when it comes to choosing glasses and the Warby Parker team were really patient with me and super helpful as I made my selections. My original plan was to come and get new lenses placed in my old WP glasses and was informed that my glasses showed signs of dehydration (??) so I couldn't get new lenses in. I never heard of this even being a possibility for glasses so I appreciate the team for bringing it to my awareness. That was a bummer but ended up buying two new glasses and I'm excited for them to arrive.
