Warby Parker - Biltmore Fashion Park

Store did a great job, friendly, fast, hassle free service. All employees here were super nice and friendly. I had an exchange which was a piece of cake, my wife got some frames while waiting. And we were easily in and out. Also there is a nice selection of frames at this location. First time Warby customer so let’s see how the frames hold up. I suspect they will be great.

This was our first experience with Warby Parker. We were greeted promptly and asked if we needed any assistance. The staff was very helpful in explaining the different types of lenses they offer. Up until our visit, we only ordered glasses through our optometrist's office and were a bit hesitant going elsewhere. Warby Parker had very affordable options.

We had a great experience at Warby Parker. My husband and I were given plenty of time to browse on our own but had the support from the staff when we needed it. The checkout process was thorough and easy - we had all of our questions answered regarding insurance. We appreciate the friendly and efficient service!

I came in looking for my first pair of glasses with a few styles saved from online. One of the associates helped point me toward the section I was most interested in, but I ended up browsing the whole store because there were so many great options. I actually found a pair I hadn't even considered beforehand and absolutely love them. The associate was incredibly kind, patient, and made the entire process easy, including filing my insurance claim during checkout.

It was a wonderful experience upon entering the establishment. Upon entering, we were greeted by Ms. Carey and she was polite, informative and made herself available for further assistance. She informative how the process works, pricing and the ability to use our insurance if we preferred. She even told us of other services offered, such as eye examinations on site if required. We did decided to purchase a pair of glasses and the process was as previously stated and she continued to answer our question the process continued. I would clearly come back. It was a great experience and a great job performed by Ms. Carvey- great job.
