We had a wonderful trip to Warby Parker at Brookfield today. Stopped in to get a previous pair fit because they felt a little snug. While there, Cyerra assisted us and went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses to match the exact aesthetic I was looking to find. We ended up purchasing two pairs of prescription glasses, including amazing pair with gold accents that were part of WP’s new Made in Italy collection, and a chunky black pair that really are a vibe. Additionally, we were having such a fun time that my husband decided to buy a pair of their sports line sunglasses. All in all, we ended up getting really amazing service and we enjoyed the experience of shopping for frames quite a bit!

Ashana was so amazing and she fixed the loose screw / hinge of my sunglasses and did it in less than a minute. She was so helpful and friendly and now I can wear my sunglasses again without worrying about the loose screw. Can’t wait to wear them again and thanks so much again Ashana!!
