Warby Parker Buckhead

Allyson, the Optician, was super awesome at helping me fix my frames after they got crunched by my nephew. Not only did she get them fixed up but was so great about explaining the process and being friendly. Five star service!

I was casually browsing Warby Parker for the first time and almost left with 3 pairs of glasses. I decided to start with one and take it from there. I appreciated the help from Joseph.and his expertise. I liked the variety of affordable and fashionable frames they had. Can't wait to pick up my new pair next week.

I had such a fantastic experience here! The entire staff was wonderful, but Jason was especially phenomenal—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I purchased both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses, and I couldn’t be happier with them. The entire process was remarkably efficient. I was fitted, received my prescription, completed payment, and walked out the door in about 15 minutes. The store strikes a great balance in how it approaches customer service. You can browse comfortably without an overbearing salesperson hovering nearby, but if you want assistance, an attendant is there with expert knowledge and a genuinely attentive ear. Our attendant was wonderful—friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at what she does. She listened carefully and helped me find exactly what I needed with minimal fuss. I would absolutely recommend her and this location to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free glasses shopping experience.

I had a nice time going into Warby Parker. Allyson was very welcoming as she was helping me look at sunglasses. She even took the time to look at the glasses I was wearing and adjusted them to better fit my face. Truly appreciated!
