Terrific experience! The store is beautifully designed with a modern, welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Jewel and her colleague (I wish I had caught her name) for making the experience so enjoyable. They were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The whole visit took only about 15 minutes, and I was impressed by all the complimentary services they offer, including professional cleaning, frame adjustments, and free returns if your glasses aren’t the right fit. They also have a fantastic selection of frames with options for every budget, making it easy to find something you love. Thank you again, Jewel, for the wonderful service. Highly recommend! 💖🤓

My experience at the Warby Parker Century City location yesterday left me genuinely uncomfortable. When I entered, there were about five employees on the floor and no other customers. I spent a noticeable amount of time browsing, but no one acknowledged me—no greeting, no check-in, nothing. Shortly after, another customer (who was white) walked in and was immediately welcomed and assisted. The difference in how we were treated was immediate and hard to overlook. This wasn’t a matter of the store being busy or staff being unavailable. It was an empty store with multiple employees present, yet the level of attentiveness shifted depending on who walked through the door. Experiences like this don’t feel accidental—they raise real concerns about bias in how customers are approached. If you take a look at the lower-rated reviews, you may notice similar patterns being called out. Overall, this left a poor impression and doesn’t reflect the kind of inclusive customer experience I would expect. Absolutely would not recommend this location based on this experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker Century City! The retail staff was incredibly friendly. I never felt rushed even though I tried on dozens of frames multiple times. The purchase process was fast and easy with the team walking me through every step. I am so excited to get my new glasses! Plus, as someone who can be a bit fickle, I really appreciate their return policy. Highly recommend for the great styles and stress-free service.

So easy. Once you have a profile it’s so straightforward to reorder or get additional glasses. The assistant was very helpful and checkout a breeze.
