Warby Parker -Chandler Fas

After having a not so great experience with another eye company I decided to try this place out and glad I did! I brought my prescription in, everyone answered all my silly questions and helped me with everything. They were so kind, great selection of frames and my new glasses will be shipped directly to my house, absolutely loved this place 10/10!! Just call and ask if they will work with your insurance since not all insurance providers are accepted.

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker, and it was all thanks to Genesis. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different frames and lens options, helping me navigate the selection without ever feeling overwhelmed. Genesis was so kind and genuinely helpful. She made the entire buying experience easy, pleasant, and actually fun. If you're looking for new glasses and want a stress-free process, definitely ask for her!

Wow! Thank you Paula for helping me fix my non-Warby Parker frames. She tightened the screws on my frames and I am so thankful because I love this pair and I am going on a trip this weekend so I was in a pinch to get them fixed. Thanks again. My experience at Warby Parker was great. The two young ladies who helped me had impeccable customer service and were as sweet as could be. They were friendly, nice and helpful trying to find me the shape and color frame I was looking for. After I purchased my glasses they brought the sign in to close up but my husband and I had no idea that it was closing time. They didn't rush us. They weren't trying to get their closing lists done in the middle of helping us either. They were patient and let me shop. They need more ladies like that working there.

Warby Parker always takes the best care of me. You really can't beat the quality and price. I have been wearing glasses since first grade and I'm really particular about colors and styles. It's hard for me to find a pair of frames that I'm absolutely in love with. However, at Warby Parker, I sometimes can't decide between many! Which is a good problem to have. They have great deals when you purchase more than one so do your research before you go. Also, double check your insurance! They filed the claim for me so I would get a little reimbursement! I go in for adjustments all the time, they are warm and friendly. I can't say enough good things about them.
