Warby Parker - City Point

Best experience! The staff was friendly, attentive and answered any and all questions I asked. I pushed off getting new glasses for a while based on a bad experience at a different glasses store and I’m so glad I chose Warby Parker this time around. The service was fast and simple and my new glasses are arriving at my home tomorrow which is so much faster than I was expecting. Very happy with my experience, would recommend and I will be coming again!

Every team member greeted me and smiled at some point while I was in the store. I had a thorough exam with an explanation of what was being evaluated and what the results were as they happened. I was also given recommendations of styles and fit without any pressure to buy. I was looking for sunglasses at the time but wanted to wait for prescription glasses when my insurance benefit was updated so they saved what I liked to my favorites. Lastly, check out was easy and I was able to use my insurance. Overall an easy and successful experience! Thank you Cory Point team. I’ve used at least 4 other retail stores and this one was the best!

Loved my experience, Breanna was amazing. She was patient with me and understood the details I wanted for my glasses. Most importantly made me comfortable, I had been in so many times with my baby trying to make sure it’s what I wanted. Thank you so much!

I had such a positive shopping experience here. Everyone who helped me or checked me in was friendly, attentive and helpful. I also did my eye exam here. The eye doctor was so nice and knowledgeable. Great place to get an eye exam and glasses!

I came for an eye exam which I was nervous about and the doctor (Elsa) was fantastic. I was prescribed needing progressive lenses which I've been dreading. When I came out to look at frames, one of the associates had pulled a bunch of frames out for me to look at based on my previous orders. I was blown away! She chose a few amazing pairs that I loved! She was incredible and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I unfortunately don't remember her name but she really made the experience great. I have been going to Warby Parker for years now and the service is always great but this particular experience was 12/10.
