This was my first time getting glasses at Warby Parker, and I was so impressed by the team at Dania Pointe. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. My optician, Christina, took wonderful care of me, and two other opticians jumped right in to offer helpful advice and second opinions.
The optometrist, Dr. Clark, was equally fantastic and very informative. She showed me a detailed image of my eye—something I had never seen during previous annual exams—and thoroughly answered all of my questions.
When I returned to the front to settle payment, the staff was just as patient and helpful, answering every final question with genuine warmth. With the recommendation of a friendly optician, I ended up choosing a pair of frames outside my usual comfort zone, and I love how they look! That same optician even adjusted my old, crooked glasses so they fit properly again.
I told the team on my way out today how wonderful they were, and they truly deserve all the recognition (and hopefully a bonus for great reviews!). I wish I had caught everyone’s name alongside Christina’s and Dr. Clark’s, because the entire staff was phenomenal. You can tell they love working together, and it translates into exceptional customer service. I will most definitely be back!
