Warby Parker Domain Northside

I visited Warby Parker at Domain today and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone who works there is always amazing, but I want to give a special shout-out to James. He was incredibly polite, kind, and professional throughout my visit. His warm attitude and patience truly stood out and made the appointment feel so easy and comfortable. Thank you to the whole team, and especially James, for providing such exceptional service. I’m very grateful!

Victoria was super awesome to deal with! Gave me the full rundown on what I asked for and was able to help me find the perfect set of glasses! The price was also way better than Target quoted me, they also offer a reimbursement with your insurance! Would definitely come back😁

Came here for my two daughters, one for backup glasses and the other for primary, both found a pair within 20 min. Veronica was informative, easy to work with and very kind. The price on the frames and lenses were affordable, with Apple Pay options.

Stopped in on a Saturday to look for sunglasses frames. Found one I liked, and you can’t beat $95! The optician who helped me price out lens options was really helpful and explained that they are out of network for my insurance. I came back Tuesday to buy them, and was in and out in 5 min! I’ll get my lenses made at my doctors to get the best insurance deal.

I recently ordered two pairs of glasses from Warby Parker. After they came in they needed adjusting. I took them in and James did an outstanding job. They fit perfectly now! Not only did he adjust my glasses, he also fixed my nose pieces on my Maui Jim sunglasses! Not even the store I bought them at (Sunglass Hut) would do that for me. Although Maui Jim replaces nose pieces for free, you still have to mail in your glasses for repair which is not free and it takes weeks to get them back and you pay a deposit for "potential repairs". He saved me so much time with his kind gesture! Thank you James and thank you Warby Parker!
