Warby Parker - Downtown Birmingham

My husband, dog, and I visited the Warby Parker in downtown Birmingham yesterday - yes, they are dog friendly! ☺️🐶 We were warmly welcomed and immediately helped with trying on sunglasses. The sales associate gave us several recommendations, and my husband and I each ended up ordering a pair. Can’t wait for them to come in soon! 😎 10/10 experience!

I was warmly greeted when I walked in. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions, but left me alone while I browsed the options. When I made my selection, the whole check out process was quick and efficient. I was probably in the store for no more than 15 minutes. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location to friends.

Shout out to WP employees Tracey and Jordan at the Birmingham (MI) store who really went the distance to help me with interim lenses and frames, post-surgery. I love the Sonia frame gets tons of compliments) and they were so helpful in providing the quick assistance I needed with my fav style.

Ari took excellent care of me professionally and efficiently. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I knew what I wanted and she kept pace with me. Thank you!

Purchased eyeglass from this location. They were shipped to me and unfortunately were too loose. I stopped by to have them tighten and was told only the optometrist could tighten them, but that person had left for the day. I explained it was hard for me to get by there and asked for the hours of when the optometrist would be available and I was told that information couldn’t be shared, just stop by before 7 pm. It was 6:40 pm when I arrived, yet the optometrist was gone, so needless to say that response was nonsensical. Customer service is a thing of the past. Hire better Warby Parker!
