I found the employees very helpful in helping me choose just the right frame. I never felt pressured or rushed. First time going here and couldn’t recommend more. Nice selection of frames. Friendly staff. Clean store. Helped immediately. Had my prescription on my app and she was able to locate it, order my glasses and even submit for reimbursement from my insurance. Carrie was great. Very efficient.
Friendly experience, super easy and quick. Made an appointment for an eye exam at 2:30pm and was out by 3:15 with a new pair of glasses ordered. The team was very knowledgeable, and supportive during my entire visit. Would absolutely go there again.
Wish I had known about Warby Parker sooner. Great selection of glasses with different colors and sizes. Staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer free shipping which is also a huge plus.
Shopping at this location was a great experience. The customer service representatives were super helpful and helped me pick from a great variety of glasses. I went to three other locations before visiting this store and here is such a drastic Improvement They also helped have insurance cover it. Overall I would go here over and over.
