Warby Parker - Galleria Edina

I really liked Warby Parker. I ended up having an eye exam there. I've had a more thorough exam only once. This exam was pretty typical of exams I've had at other places. I thought the optician was excellent! They have a large selection of frames at a very reasonable prices!! Most frames are only $95. I did end up buying a pair of glasses. They have a policy within 30 days of purchase, if you don't like the glasses you can return them or pick out another pair. I did end up bringing them back for a different pair. All of the people that work there all extremely helpful and give you their honest opinions when helping you. They are not on commissions so they are not aggressive in fighting for your sale. I'd recommend giving them a try!

My eyesight has declined in my 40s, and I was hesitant to get glasses because I wasn’t sure I’d wear them. A friend suggested starting with prescription sunglasses—she loves hers from Warby Parker (she has 10 pairs!)—so I decided to try. The in-store experience was excellent: two helpful gentlemen guided me through frames that suited my face and style, assisted with the prescription, and placed the order. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Warby Parker.

Spectacular experience. I'm a business professional, I have little to no time to waste, and making an appointment at the time that worked for me, was easy. They helped file my insurance claim and all. 10/10 very streamlined process that was easy for me. Vincent and Erika were amazing helping me as well as the Doctor at the location! (I didn't see her name tag but she was amazing too).

This was my first experience using Warby Parker for my eye sight. I was extremely impressed. The staff were delightful and helpful right from the start. The eye doctor took care to explain everything fully and the after care staff were extremely helpful and even had some sets for me to try when I came out! Will definitely go back. The overall experience was great and such good value for money too!!

Warby Parker gives top notch customer service. When I took my daughter in, we had personalized care from everyone working in the store. They were attentive, experienced and helpful. I've also had an efficient experience with insurance. WP is out of network for us but we still get a refund and it works quickly. They have now begun filling out the form in store which makes even less work for me. Win win.
