Warby Parker - Georgetown 24

Very Upset with product quality and Customer Service. Very upset with the customer service. I paid and place an order on 09/23/2025 for glasses with prescription. It took 3 weeks to get the glasses made not according to the order-prescription. They replaced them and the replacement was faulty. I request a refund. Finally after long time on the phone agent Roxi, I returned the glasses for refund. As of today 02/26/2025 no refund is made. Another agent Ari promissed to refund today. This company do not deserve even one star.

I was really blown away by Warby Parker and the eye exam. I had no idea that the experience with the ophthalmologist would be that good, to be honest. I chose WP because it was walking distance from my work and it took my insurance. I had been battling eye discomfort for years and told there wasn’t much else I could do about my current status. After I saw the doctor, I felt comfortable asking all of my questions and he was so engaged, an incredible communicator, a fantastic educator, and over so patient and kind. He ended up putting me in contacts that seriously changed the game for me. He also provided me SO much helpful information about my diagnosis that I hadn’t heard from any other provider. The glasses department was great and the woman at the front who helped me also picked out the best frames for me. Everyone there seemed like they all liked to work there and enjoyed each other’s company. It was seriously a delightful experience and I highly recommend!

I visited the Georgetown DC store & had a GREAT interaction with Lisa. She was absolutely amazing!! I told her I was looking for a BOLD set of eyeglasses & after a few pairs, she amazed me with the BOLD set of glasses I was looking for. Remember, it's the team within the store that make the experience amazing!

I’ve been a happy Warby Parker customer for over a decade now, but this experience really was amazing. My partner accidentally broke their glasses in half the week of a friend’s wedding. We were seriously out of luck. Not only did my partner order new glasses, but when we explained the wedding situation, Shadae and Nina immediately checked the back and found the exact glasses frame. They were able to pop the old lenses into the new frame and problem solved. I cannot recommend this Warby Parker location enough. Such kind employees. Emergency solved! Thank you!!
