I’m a repeat customer for a reason, & I highly recommend the wonderful team of WP Glendale, CA. My experience today was sheer perfection: kindly greeted upon arrival, smooth processes upon checking in & checking out, exam was thorough & started on time, MD addressed my q’s/concerns, team provided frame recommendations & didn’t push products, store was clean, team was up front about any & everything that might affect my judgement—addressed insurance coverage & so forth, & they even submitted my insurance claims! There are not enough praises for a team that has their ish together in this day and age. The team is not artificially sweet, but genuinely kind. EVERYONE is knowledgeable, professional, organized, & attentive. Go elsewhere & learn your lesson the hard way. Thank you WP Glendale team for an awesome experience from start to finish!!!

I came in for a routine eye exam, I left with a new preferred optometrist. Thanks to Dr. Mona R., I have a much better understanding of eye health and why I should make this an annual thing. I wish that all routine visits were as delightful. She explained the existing exam methods and even the new ones. She gave me details about my eye health that I could actually understand, and she was genuinely so kind and you could tell she loves what she does. I had a great experience at the Warby Parker location in Glendale, and I want to specifically recognize Dr. Rafatzadeh (Dr. Rafat or Dr. R). My exam was quite pleasant from start to finish. She clearly walked me through each step, explaining what she was doing and why. She was incredibly kind, patient, and sincere. I came in with a specific concern, with some minor questions between assessments and she happily addressed each one clearly. I did not feel rush, but comfortable. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t push me to change my prescription. Instead, she carefully explained my options, offered her professional suggestions, and then let me decide what I felt most comfortable with. There was absolutely zero judgment, just support and genuine care. That kind of approach is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience. I recommend Dr. Rafat at this location! A helpful tip for future customers: If you’d like to schedule your exam specifically with Dr. Rafatzadeh (or any particular doctor), you’ll need to navigate the site from the homepage in this order: • Click “Find a Store” • Select Warby Parker Glendale (not the “Book an Eye Exam” button) • Click “Meet Our Doctors” • Then proceed to book your eye exam. If you click “Eye Exam” without going through “Meet Our Doctors,” you won’t be given the option to choose your doctor.

I had my eye exam with Dr. Mona Rafatzadeh. She was incredible. She explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. After seeing other optometrists, My vision never seemed right even after multiple frames and lenses. She explained how glasses are tailored towards different vision distances and it all finally clicked that based on my needs we needed to make an update. No one has ever taken the time to explain any of this before. I have a follow up appointment with her today and I'm looking forward to finally having the vision clarity that I've so been desperately looking for all these years. ** Update - I had my follow up appointment today with Dr. Rafatzadeh. She was already prepared for my appointment and had picked out the best contact lenses for my needs / prescription. She fitted me for the lenses and well they are game changer. I switched my Warby Parker location from my home area to Pasadena just to book an appointment with her. Thank you Dr. Rafatzadeh for your care and personal touch!

Amazing experience! I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, and the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. They consistently provide great customer service, which keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
