Warby Parker Harbor East

During my visit to the Harbour East Baltimore store, I had the pleasure of interacting with Justin, who provided outstanding customer service. His warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease, and he efficiently resolved my issue. The store boasts an impressive selection, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I'm eager to return for my yearly eye exam and to browse the latest designer frames.

Excellent experience at the Warby Parker in Harbor East! The entire process was quick and easy, from picking out my frames to having the staff check my insurance benefits and help me get the best deal. The frame selection was great, my glasses arrived to my home quickly, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

This store has the kindest and most helpful and friendly staff. And the optometrist (Dr. Tariq) is an angel. She helped me after closing time on a Friday when I had a worry about my eyes. She took the time to stay late that afternoon and the trouble (far beyond the call of duty) to contact specialists she knew outside of office hours and got me in early for an emergency appointment as soon as things opened the next week. She is the absolute best and the rest of the staff are simply the best. Wonderful experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had such a great experience at Warby Parker Harbor East today thanks to Miss Annette. I brought in my boyfriend’s glasses to get fixed even though they weren’t from Warby Parker and she took care of them for free. She even gave them a full clean, and they looked better than ever. The whole experience was quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant… so much so that I ended up buying cleaner on the spot. Truly above and beyond service.

The staff are consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have a wide variety of durable frames at an affordable price and offer discounts/rebates when you purchase contact lenses. I love that it’s a one stop shop for your exam exam, sun/glasses and contact lenses!
