Mary at the Heights location was AMAZING!!! I stopped by a couple of times before finally deciding, and every single time she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She has great taste, is so charismatic, and really took the time to help me narrow down my options without ever making me feel rushed. I was able to try SO many different frames and variations, and she even helped me look through everything on the app so I could compare all my options. She made the whole process super easy and fun, and I left feeling really confident and happy with my choices. Truly the best!!!

I appreciate Warby Parker; I bought my first 2 glasses from the WP store on Heights Blvd in Houston last year and went back this year for glasses with progressive lenses. Both times, the service has been excellent and the prices are good. Last year the glasses arrived at my door promptly, and I'm expecting the same again. Their glasses are more affordable than glasses from a lot of other businesses. I'm happy to recommend this business.

Came to this specific location because it was recommended by a friend and I’m very happy I did. Lots of frames to choose from, plenty of windows to let in natural light. Teri was extremely kind and helpful, I feel very sure of my choice in frames today and will be coming back for my next pair.

Best stop ever! I broke my glasses and actually really need to get a whole new prescription, but for now just needed help with an immediate fix! The crew at Warby Parker in the Heights is the best, and they took great care of me. Don't go any where else for your next set of glasses!
