Warby Parker - Hilldale

Every time I have gone to WP in Hilldale, it has been a positive experience. I want to say thank you to Daisy the Optician, who is friendly, welcoming and so good at her job! We had some difficulties finding the correct frames for our daughter and she was so patient and made the multiple visits we had to make a great experience. She also adjusted my frames perfectly and I never felt rushed by her. Thank you Daisy and all the staff :)

I had such an awesome customer service experience at Warby Parker Hilldale! Laurel greeted me almost immediately after I walked into the store and took so much time answering my questions and kindly providing feedback as I made her suffer through a glasses frames fashion show! I feel like I tried on half of the frames in the store and she was enthusiastic from beginning to end. She asked me very specific questions pertinent to both function and fashion and I am so excited to get my brand new glasses, as a first time wearer at almost 50 years old. I will recommend Warby Parker to all of my friends mostly because of the amazing service I got today from both Laurel and Lennox, the optician. Thank you!

Everyone was super awesome and fun to chat with! Laurel helped me look at frames I would have never tried, find colors and styles that surprisingly looked good on me. Dr. Mahajan was very chill and entertained my questions to get a better understanding of what was happening during the exam / make it comfortable. Both were very great to meet! And Laurel gave me a neat little quick lesson on how to read the prescription. Fantastic time!

I had to write a review to praise Lennox. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Their advice was functional, pragmatic, and aesthetic. They even drew a drawing to help me understand how high prescription lenses work. It’s been a while since I’ve met such an expert, and I appreciated their authenticity. They made it feel effortless. I left confident in my choice.

I’ve been wearing prescription eyewear for decades, and this was by far my best optical experience. I visited towards the end of the day and it was very busy. Staff were knowledgeable, efficient, enthusiastic, and personable. I need narrow frames and there was a great selection of them, which were clearly labeled. In contrast, I visited a competitor recently and narrow frames were not marked or organized in any way (I was told finding them throughout the store was trial and error). I was able to make an eye exam on the same day, and the price of the exam and frames was excellent. I would highly recommend the Warby Parker location at Hilldale.
