I went to Warby Parker for the first time today and I loved it! The eye exam was much quicker than I’m used to and I really liked that. The staff were incredibly friendly and the amount of glasses options was phenomenal. I highly recommend getting glasses from Warby Parker.
I had an eye exam and bought glasses. The eye exam was great, my prescription is much sharper and Dr. Wilkinson even informed me of some potential eye health risks with other medication I’m taking. I’ve bought glasses from Warby Parker before, but this is the first time I used my insurance and the staff made it such a breeze. The staff here is WONDERFUL. Everyone is kind and genuine. Truly a delightful glasses buying experience!
Can only speak on the shopping experience not the product yet. Had an easy and enjoyable experience picking out my new glasses thanks to the staff. They are very helpful and attentive to your needs/wants without being too pushy about it. Excited to get my new glasses in the mail and hope to be back
I stopped by Warby Parker to see if they could help me with a slipping pair of sunglasses I have. I did not buy the glasses there but the staff helped me anyway!! They gave me a FREE pair of nose pads to keep my glasses from slipping down. While waiting for assistance I had the chance to look at their eyeglass selection and was very impressed. I will be back the next time I need eyeglasses. An awesome store and experience.
The check in staff immediately greeted us. Then Ralph and India were super helpful and pleasant, fixed my husbands glasses on the spot. Assisted them and made sure they were perfect. It’s so nice to experience a business where customer service still matters!
