I came at a busier time, but they had enough staff working so that I didn't have to wait. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and very patient as I attempted to find frames. She gave me feedback and even got the opinion of another employee when I couldn't decide. She found my insurance coverage and explained how the insurance would pay. I feel confident about my purchase and my choices. I will definitely return.

First timer at WP and they just created a lifelong customer! The sales rep Melanie (“Lanie”- love we have the same name too) was so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! She made the experience fun and memorable- who knew it could be such a fun experience choosing eyewear?!:). The selection at WP was amazing also! I particularly love how they have glasses organized by “Narrow” “Medium” “Wide”- this is a huge time saver! Thanks for a great shopping experience! New lover of all things WP!

Warby Parker is a great option for glasses and sunglasses. I have been purchasing prescription glasses from them for many years. They provide quality glasses at a good price. I appreciate the options and being able to try them on but still not paying a fortune.

My dog got my RX glasses and I went in to repurchase the same frames. Fabio at Legacy West was exceptional with helping me. In addition, he adjusted two other pairs I had purchased in the past. WP always have a great variety of glasses with reasonable pricing and great customer service!

Great experience! He took time to ensure I had the right frames that fit and were right for me. He also assisted getting the prescription to the store to complete the purchase in a timely manner.
