Absolutely incredible staff. Dr. really listened to my concerns and helped me find the most comfortable prescription. I’ve been coming to them for a long time and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs a prescription. Kathryn is such a lovely familiar face there!

The staff were very professional and welcoming. From the moment we entered the store they greeted us and notified the doctor of our appointment. They were also very accommodating as I was early and my husband did not have an appointment. The visit was quick and efficient. Dr. Kang was very informative and answered all my questions.

We had a wonderful shopping experience at Warby Parker in Short Hills thanks to Gabby. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Gabby took the time to answer our questions, offered thoughtful guidance, and made the experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was warm, professional, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The store has a very large selection of frames! They were plenty of people to assist and the woman who helped me was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I did not go in expecting to purchase glasses. I went in with someone else to get their glasses tightened. I ended up ordering a pair of glasses that I love! They do not work with my insurance company however, they put my claim in, and I’ll be getting a check, and my glasses, in the mail soon. It was so easy I may go back for a second pair.
