Warby parker was a very quick and easy way to buy glasses. Mind you , I already had my prescription, so I dont know how long it takes if you need an eye exam. For me , looking for a second pair it was perfect. Friendly knowledgeable staff greets you upon entry with a smile. Pricing is direct and competitive with online retailers I researched.

Warby always does a great job caring for their patients/customers. They've always done phenomenal at Columbia in making sure your glasses are serviced well. Today, Ash who is a supervisor covering from Baltimore, really got me squared away for issues with my lenses and glasses. They go the extra mile for us firefighters and government workers and others, such as teachers

First of all, each person was outstanding... starting with Bo, then Rimi is a doll. She was supportive, asked me lots of questions for my appointment to be comfortable and she's got a great sense of humor. I'll always come back here for glasses & contacts!
