Warby Parker - Mansfield Crossing

I’ve been a customer of WP for over a decade but this was my first visit to the Mansfield store. Everyone on staff was wonderful and so supportive! They really took their time to help me find the perfect frames for my face, pulled a variety of styles to help me choose, and gave honest feedback about which frames looked the best when I was torn between two pairs. You can tell the staff is super knowledgeable and will support you!

It's only been the last three years that I require presciption glasses. Warby Parker was mentioned to me to check out. The quality of the glasses appear very good. The service was over the top good. No pressure, no pushing anything I didn't like. The customer service representative spent a lot of time with us, helping us find the right pairs of glasses. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I decided to visit the Warby Parker store near me since I had a good experience purchasing my current glasses online several years ago. I’ve also been impressed with how sturdy and maintenance free my glasses have been all these years. The store was quite busy but a sales person greeted me and said they would be with me soon. I started trying on frames from their large display and within ten minutes I had found the pair I wanted to buy. By that time the sales person was helping me me so checkout was quick. I was happy with the price and how knowledgeable my sales person was. I definitely recommend Warby Parker to anyone who needs new glasses.

This was the first time I have ever been to a WB and we were blown away by the selection! I was having the opposite problem of what I thought I was going to have. I had so many pairs in hand, it was hard to decide so I ended up getting two pairs! Then when I noticed the price I was blown away again!! I got two for less than the price of one! The customer service staff were so helpful, professional and knowledgeable! The process was incredibly easy and I love that there are weekend hours offered! The last thing I will need to figure out is if the quality holds up, I have high hopes! We will for sure be back in the future!! I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already!!

I have been going to this store for over a year now and each time I have a great experience. Most recently, I had an emergency with my glasses. While routinely cleaning them, they snapped down the middle at the nose bridge. I visited this store and explained to them I got a lens replacement to these frames a few months prior and was asking if anything could be done to salvage these lenses. They were able to find my exact frames in the back, popped my lenses in, and I left with a pair of wearable glasses same day which I was not expecting. Not to mention how friendly and helpful the staff is at this store! I am very satisfied with my experience and will always buy my glasses here!
