I’ve had great experiences with Elliot Eye Doctors and the Optical Shoppe. The doctors are attentive and I haven't had any problems with the prescription for my glasses or contacts. The administration is organized and the customer service is great when it comes to picking out frames.
Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Would love to give a special shout out to Amy, she is fabulous!
I got my eye exam at this place because they were close and convenient, I will never come back. My prescription was wrong. It is way off to what my usual is. When I asked them to double check it they handed me a form and told me that they would charge me $35 to redo the prescription I have had nothing but problems with my glasses and my prescription ever since I went here I will never be back. Please avoid this place at all costs. To me, this is a safety hazard if they can’t get your prescription right, they should not be practicing eye care, The doctor that I went to see was absolutely miserable, seemed like he didn’t wanna be there and just wanted to rush me out the door I would strongly advise not going to this place because you’re gonna have nothing but a headache and a problem
