Warby Parker -Mercato

Stopped in the Mercato location & we had such a pleasant experience with Angie as our sales person. My husband has needed new glasses but kept postponing it because previous experiences elsewhere were such a hassle. This was not the case today, in fact, I decided to get a new pair as well! No pressure or upselling! The story behind this company is so cool! Can’t wait for our new glasses!

I had originally intended to order my glasses online to avoid the hassle and time but my daughter was coming into town so we decided to make a girl's day out and about and stop in for the both of us. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was from browsing, selecting, and purchasing. The sales associate was so helpful, stepping in when needed but not hovering. It was truly a positive experience.

Really awesome experience. Allison helped me and as opposed to other eyeglasses stores. Costs are upfront and easy to understand. Didn’t even use insurance and cost was similar to if I went to traditional optical store. I need wider frames. Most places don’t have a great selection. Allison brought over the whole collection that would work for me. Something that is missing at places like target optical or LensCrafters or eyeglass world. Glasses shopping made easy. Will return and get more glasses as they are easy to deal with and extremely helpful!!!

A very pleasant experience in selecting new glasses. The optician offered stellar service. There’s a mind boggling offering of frames from which you can choose and Erik was very helpful in narrowing down quickly. This is my second time purchasing from Warby Parker and most likely not my last.

Warby Parker has a good variety of frames. Service was provide by Frances who noticed that something didn't look right with the new prescription I was given by my optometrist's office, and she was right. This was rectified and my new eyeglasses were quickly ordered. I would recommend this Naples Florida location.
