I’ve had my current glasses for longer than I can remember and it was finally time for an upgrade. I’d seen Warby Parker advertised and the Naperville location was convenient for me. Went online, uploaded my prescription and saved a few favorites. As soon as I went to the store, I was greeted by a few friendly staff members who helped me narrow down the ones on my favorites list and pulled a few suggestions for me as well. I appreciated their input and the time they gave me to get opinions from family and friends. I ended up purchasing two pairs and can’t wait to get my new glasses! The process was so straightforward and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Go in for glasses/ contacts. Glasses go fine, contacts never arrive for "fitting". Follow up, end up in an endless loop of remote customer service who have no phone numbers to just ask the branch. They submit a ticket, then begins a round of generic emails, random calls, etc. vs giving me my contact prescription to order elsewhere. Modern brand positionining with creepy outsourced customer service that seems to not even know what the product is.
I was super lucky to walk in the door when Sarah was working today, it’s my second time shopping with her and she’s absolutely fabulous! I’m indecisive, I don’t know what I like, I’m a tough customer and the entire staff helped out in some fashion in the process. Anna deserves a shout out for getting me across the finish line.
Highly recommended. First of all, the value of the glasses with lenses along with the service and help you get, can’t be beat in my opinion. The optometrist was great, made the exam quick and easy and informed me of any eye concerns she found. The look and feel of the store is also very chill, and the styles they have are just as good if not better than the overpriced name brand frames found at other retailers. The other honorable mention is the app, super slick, everything that was done in the store automatically synced with my app, so I got my order info and prescription right in the app after my appointment, that’s pretty cool. Glad I gave Warby Parker a try and plan on sticking with them.
Maria and Anna added a fun vibe to my glasses shopping expereince. We chatted while they helped me try new frames, and encouraged me to model different styles from the wide range of options. The process was a whole vibe. And the price is 1/3 of the cost from my my Dr office options. And cuter!
