Warby Parker Northpark Center

I visited another Warby Parker location with a family member, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to the salesperson, Taylor. Her assistance was truly exceptional throughout the process. Warby Parker has a great selection of frame styles and sizes, which was perfect for me since I needed a wider fit. After trying on several options, I narrowed it down to two favorites. The prices were so reasonable that I couldn't resist getting an extra pair of eyeglasses as well!

I stopped by Warby Parker at Northpark today to get my glasses adjusted. It was a a Saturday so it was super busy! When I got to the store I was promptly greeted by a kind lady (I didn’t get her name) and she put me on the waitlist as there were lots of people there. I only waited about 10 minutes and was then assisted by Leo! He was awesome and so kind and helpful, taking the time to adjust my frames to my liking. I always get great customer service at all the Warby locations I’ve been to and this experience is was just as amazing even though it’s in a very crowded mall and I’m sure the staff can get overwhelmed at times! Y’all are amazing!

Had a great customer service experience picking out new lenses. They did a great job explaining all of their services. They were kind enough to readjust my current frames free or charge. Was in and out all under 30 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon

Limited selections for frames, but that's why I like it. I get too overwhelmed in most eyeglass stores. I don't like shopping online bc I want to try frames on. They had the perfect frames for me. Leo was fantastic! I had my prescription already, I was in and out in 20 mins, it was fabulous!

This is the best location and gave an unlimited variety when choosing new glasses. All workers were fantastic and assisted when getting new glasses in quite some time. Made the experience easy overall. Would recommend and go back again.
