Warby Parker Oakbrook Center

I had the best experience last Saturday at Warby Parker. I was looking to replace my favorite sunglasses that had been worn to death. What I really wanted was for these SAME glasses to just get new lenses. I asked one of the friendly staff to help me. Itzel did a lot of detective work for me trying to find my order (I gave the wrong email and she figured it out). She checked in with other staff to see what could be done for my glasses. She took time to make sure that I left that store with exactly what I wanted. She was lovely! Itzel brought the wonderful optician, Julian, over to help set up my order with the same glasses but new lenses. Julian was so great at explaining to me the benefits of all the lense options. This way I was able to get exactly what I needed. He even had them shipped directly to my home so that I did not have to come back in. What a great experience!!! This will be my new go to store for all glasses. Thank you, Itzel and Julian!

I've always wanted to try WP glasses and to my surprise, my local optometrist selection cost way more than WP for transition lenses after including an in network insurance plan. So off I go to visit my local WP. I went to the store with my prescription and Natalie helped me out and took care of everything for me and had me in and out of the shop less than 30 min. She made sure my prescription was entered and even helped me submit a claim for my out of network insurance plan. She asked the right questions and took my pupillary distance measurements. She was great when helping me get my order in. Then I was Merrily in my way, she said it would be ready in a couple of weeks. Fast forward to pickup day, everything was perfect and am very happy with my choice. I'll definitely come back and get some shades next time. I got the Bodie medium in turquoise. Love it.

I just left this Warby Parker where Chiara and Michelle were fantastic. When I walked in I used words like wonky and bendy to describe my frames and Michelle hooked me right up with Chiara. Chiara was able to decipher the wonky, bendy, head squeezy, cheek measurement descriptions I gave her and turn that into glasses that feel and look great on my melon. These two are a great combo - I’ll be back!

Such a great experience at the Oak Brook location! Harrison was such a great help and he really made our first time at Warby Parker positive and successful. I purchased a really pretty pair of glasses and felt confident in my purchase because of how knowledgeable and professional Harrison was when helping me with finding the right size and shape of frames. Added bonus... they were MUCH more affordable (and way cuter and more high-end looking!) than any pair of glasses that I have bought through my optometrist's office.

Dr. Ayala is so friendly and kind. He listened to my concerns and agreed with my thoughts. Chris was so wonderful and patient while I figured out what kind of glasses I wanted. She walked me through all the options for prescription sunglasses. I’ve shopped at Warby before, and will continue to get my eye exams and glasses from there because of the experiences I’ve had.
