I’ve been a fan of Warby Parker for years. I love the ease of ordering but more importantly I love the ease in visiting the mortar store in person. The staff is always amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus points for their pricing structure.
Excellent experience! The eye exam was professional and thorough, and the optometrist was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining everything about contact lenses and helping me find the perfect sunglasses. Thank you for the outstanding service! My daughter and I had a great experience at Warby Parker. Everything was simple and fast, from making the appointment online to ordering our glasses and contacts. I would highly recommend them. The team there was friendly, the selection of glasses is good and we were done quickly.
Great experience! Friendly staff and doctor, appointments run on time, and the store is very clean. It was a great place for an eye exam for my 5 year old, and I appreciate the affordability since her exam was required for school but we didn’t have vision concerns otherwise.
I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker. I worked with Jalen and he was sucha great help and super personable. He gave infomration without being pushy, was helpful in steering me in the right direction of the frames I explained to him and just was an all around terrific individual. He had great patience with my indecision and never gave up trying to help, always with a sincere smile on his face! Just a pleasure! Looking forward to getting my glasses very soon!
