Warby Parker - Park City Center

After a wild trampoline accident that left my glasses shattered, I raced to Warby Parker to get a replacement. If you’re lucky enough to have Ian and Stephanie working at the same time like I did, you’ll leave feeling confident with your frame selection! Stephanie was so kind and attentive to my 4-year-old, and Ian knew just where to start on frames to fit my freakishly fat head. They helped me find at least six sets of frames I’d be happy to get and, once I picked one, had a claim in to my insurance and an order confirmation delivered to my phone in minutes. It was easy, friendly, and actually fun.

Fantastic service will keep me coming back to this store! They were extremely knowledgeable and patient! We came in looking for 1 pair and ended up buying 2 for my husband and one for myself! They excepted our insurance which was a bonus. They are very patient and professional! The manager is super friendly and helped us through the entire process. We really appreciated her professionalism and her true knowledge and understanding of the eyes and knew exactly what we needed! I highly recommend this store and will be telling my friends and family to check them out. Love what Warby Parker stands for and their contributions!

Absolutely exceptional service! I went in for a nose piece adjustment and they switched out the nose pieces for more comfortable ones. I have a very strong prescription so comfortable eyewear is really important to me. Thank you to Stephanie and the Warby Parker staff 🩷🕶️

I lost my glasses at the beach, and have the worst luck shopping for glasses online so I decided to give this place a shot seeing the reviews. The lady was super friendly and knowledgeable and even knew right off the bat that medium glasses would compliment my face which she was right about! I never know what looks good so I needed that. Found a great pair within budget. Surprised how quick and smooth the transaction was and even was told the glasses can be mailed to my house. Looking forward to getting them in the mail within 10-14 days. Can’t argue with the convenience. Thanks for your help warby!
