This place was amazing and incredibly helpful with my glasses. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. When I walked into the Warby Parker store in Portsmouth, NH, the associates were very welcoming and helpful. Rachael helped me get a very competitive price on my eyeglasses. She also helped me apply to my insurance for additional discounts. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my needs for eyeglasses! I will recommend Warby Parker to anyone in need of eyeglasses.
I was excited when I discovered a Warby Parker store because I've been hesitant to buy glasses online. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The frame selections were diverse and I was able to quickly find something that I liked. When I asked if there was a different color (only one on display), they quickly grabbed another option from the back. The whole process of finding a frame to ordering with my prescription and utilizing my vision benefits, was quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend the Portsmouth store!
The staff at the store and the representative on the phone were great. After my glasses were scratched at another eye center Warby Parker gave me a full replacement of my glasses at no cost. They were not obligated to do so since my warranty had expired. What great customer service. I will be getting all future glasses at Warby Parker.
Has a great experience in this Portsmouth, NH location. I had to have my glasses adjusted because they wre hurting my head and the man who assisted me was so attentive and knowledgeable. He acrually explained to me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I love when professionals take the time to do this. He adjusted them and checked them on me a few times until they were just right and now they fit perfectly with no pressure points. Thank you for providing this service and being so kind, welcoming and patient!
