Great experience shopping here. I was warmly welcomed but didn’t feel overwhelmed and was able to browse at my own pace without feeling pressured. I was able to purchase my glasses right then and there with my prescription. It was quick and easy and I’ll definitely come back for my next pair!

Warby Parker at Dresher, PA was a great experience! The team gave us room and sufficient time to look through options of frames, that helped it to enjoy the store and experience. They also were able to look up insurance information quickly and apply it to the purchases. I would recommend!
Fell and broke my glasses Saturday. Almost panic bought from whoever claimed they could deliver the fastest. Then I remembered the frames I loved at Warby Parker. They were a little more expensive but was reminded that when you wear them every day, it's worth getting what you really like. Put in my order in the store Sunday afternoon. Really nice, helpful staff. Was told it would take up to 14 days. Was shocked when they were delivered today...Thursday! Couldn't be happier ☺️
I had a great experience but couldn’t afford to buy glasses right after my eye exam since it cost more than I expected. I picked out my frames and they saved my preferences. When I asked if I could place the order via telephone with my bank card, I was told no, that I had to come back in person. Explain to me the difference between ordering online with a credit card and giving my card over the telephone to an assistant to place my order next week when I get paid again in order to get my prescription glasses?? Also, why didn’t a different assistant measure my face for narrow or medium or wide frames? There were about 6 employees on duty and no one brought that up. Of course, I should have asked, but I forgot. I was more concentrating on what frames I want and not thinking about those details in that moment.
I had a great experience at Warby Parker. The eye exam was quick but thorough, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone made the process feel easy and even fun. Plus, there’s a wide variety of affordable styles to choose from, which made it even better.
