My daughter and I had a wonderful experience purchasing my glasses at Warby Parker. The store had a diverse selection of frame styles and sizes. Marisol, our retail consultant, was fabulous to work with. She was personable and accommodating. Her knowledge and candid advice made the process of selecting my glasses easy and enjoyable. We have used Warby Parker before and will continue to do so. Their merchandise and customer service are exceptional.

I had such a great experience at Warby Parker Sagemore! I stopped in hoping they could fix my broken sunglasses and was fully prepared to pay, but they went above and beyond and took care of it at no charge. Raphael, Devon, and Antenella were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service these days. They made the whole experience quick, easy, and actually enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares!

First visit to Warby Parker after it being highly recommended. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by amazing sales associates. The gentleman that helped me pointed me right to exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was measured correctly and ordered in no time! Absolute love the stylish selections but the service was top notch! We will only go to Warby Parker from now on! Thank you!

Warby Parker Sagemore was a great experience. Easy booking. Professional and friendly eye doctor and my retail person (Antonella) was very friendly and knowledgeable and when i described what I was looking for she picked the right frames on the first shot…..for three different types of glasses.
