Absolutely amazing staff. Fully recommend to everyone. They will help fix your glasses and are incredibly friendly while they do it.

Pleasantly surprised by the experience. Frames are priced in a vary tight range from 100-170 dollars . Fits most insurance allocations. Staff is great. I was not aware that Warby Parker does prescription glasses. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The specialist was really helpful in selecting my sunglasses. My previous pair was stolen, the team went over beyond to give a discount and expedite the shipment of my new pair. I was really pleased with their customer service. Highly recommend this store!

Returned to Warby Parker to update my glasses with a new prescription. It's my second time purchasing frames/lenses here. They have many great frames, lots of mirrors, easy access to the frames, other color options for displayed frames and no pressure. Walked out with a new pair of glasses on their way to me. Looking forward to getting them mailed direct to my address in the next two weeks.

The Santana Row Location was honestly such an easy and comfortable experience. I have gone to multiple locations to renew my prescriptions or browse for different frames and got the most out of my experience from warby parker. I was helped by Katelyn, and she broke everything down for me by the different frames i wanted and all the add ons as well as contacts pricing and current promotions. The environment itself is very light and welcoming, and the rest of the staff were very attentive if i was ever curious about some accessories they had.
