I took my mother to this Warby Parker location today and it was the easiest most hassle-free glasses purchasing experience I’ve ever witnessed. She was helped by the associate named Jodie who was kind, professional, and lovely. All of the employees that we interacted with were A+ today. WP is so cool with their mural art, ART book, and monochromatic book shelves. Highly recommend.
Went to Gilbert location first and ended up at Scottsdale location to just stop by while I was in the area. I’m so happy I stopped by. The women I worked with was so friendly, kind, and very supportive. She was knowledgeable as well! She gave me space to look around and was so patient and helpful. I wasn’t a burden nor felt rushed. Truly felt great about my purchase. She was equally excited for me as I was for my glasses.

I believe the lady who helped me was named Amy! She was so kind, helpful, and efficient. I was in and out in under 30 mins! She helped me find the best fit for glasses, looked into my insurance and got everything set up and ordered! Great experience!
Excellent experience. The floor staff were efficient, helpful and knowledgable. The doctor was informative and impressive. Heard my issue and found several solutions, while educating me on what she was doing. The pricing was reasonable for the exam, as well as the eye glasses.
