Dominic was a great help. I was able to try on about 25 different pair of glasses. Narrow them down to 3 and he offered good advice (because I have a very weird prescription) as to how each would work. He was very knowledgeable about the different pairs. I liked that he treated me like an intelligent human being and did not dismiss me (I’m 70). I was in and out in 45 minutes and very happy with my purchase.

I went to get an eye exam for the first time in over a decade, Dr. McCrory took me back for the exam, i’m normally a bit nervous of any doctors but she was extremely patient with me, very professional while also making it a comfortable experience, we went through all of the things we had to do, her demeanor made everything go so smoothly, would recommend getting an eye exam here to anybody! The customer service in the front of the store is immaculate Dan and Michael helped me and they’re both extremely personable, kind, and helpful. They helped me pick out a couple pairs of glasses that worked well on my face, i’ve never worn them before and they definitely helped me get pairs that looked very nice with my features, with a fantastic price point too! I’ve always heard that glasses were extremely expensive but they had a great range of very affordable options as well as a few “higher” price points that were also honestly very affordable, even after adding blue light filtering and transition lenses the cost was still amazing! Highly highly recommend this store for everything eye health/wear related, and i’m very excited to be able to see normally!!

I had heard about Warby Parker and decided to try it out, as the frames on line were quite stylish and very reasonable. Immediately upon walking in I was helped and the sales associate was right on target showing me frames which matched my description of what I wanted. He was patient with me, although honestly, I have never picked out frames this quickly. He shared with me that a second pair of glasses would be 25% and I readily decided to get sunglasses, as my eye doctor recommended I start wearing them routinely. Since the sunglasses would be more expensive he suggested I use my insurance for that pair. Buying two pairs was cheaper than what I paid for one pair when I last got new glasses at Target’s optical department.

I was in a pickle and had to stop in to Warby Parker to order some glasses. I had never shopped there before. The store is so inviting and has so many great options. I was immediately greeted by Dan who is a phenomenal customer service rep. He was so knowledgeable about all things glasses fitting me, etc. he helped me find just the perfect pair and the process was so concise. I couldn’t believe how easy it was they definitely have me as a long-term customer.
