Had the best experience here! Andrea is amazing!!!! She was wonderful about helping me to find glasses that were best suited for my face, things I never considered when looking for frames in the past. I found it extremely helpful to have her professional help. She also worked tirelessly with me to resolve a problem that I experienced with my glasses and was so compassionate to listen and care. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to work with Andrea. She surely went the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service and made a lasting impression on me! I will be sure to recommend Harvey & Lewis to anyone looking for the best place for selection and service😊

Stopped by today for an adjustment. Jose was amazing. Went above and beyond, adjusting my sunglasses to their formal glory. He spent 20 minutes with them and didn’t charge a nickel.

Dr Metz was excellent ! A great candor,and better advice .The whole staff inc. Jose were like an oiled machine .Very patient friendly. Great products ,inc. their new line up of Italian designed frames! Wow! Love this place for my eyes,and you should also go here !!

Wow. What customer service is supposed to look like in a world seemingly devoid of it these days. My experience at the Canton location was fabulous from start to finish. My exam was really thorough and everything was explained to me carefully. Kristen Silvia is a gem. She helped me pick out frames and took very good care of me. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Kudos to Harvey & Lewis.

The Canton, CT location, and namely Dominic, has been a pleasure to deal with over the past two months. My son went in for a long overdue appointment and the need to update glasses and contact lenses and the optometrist was terrific and extremely knowledgeable. Dominic was so helpful with the frame selection process and assisting with sizing, shape, and size. Today I had to urgently replace a 10 year old broken glasses frame and Dominic went into the back room and came out with a piece that fit exactly, free of charge. Harver & Lewis is a great find, and I would highly recommend this shop and the professional team that work there
