Warby Parker - South Hills Village

I will give zero if i could. I bought almost 10 pairs at warby parker and my glasses were less than a year old and they snapped at the bridge while casually cleaning and online customer service told me to go to the store for help. The store person was wildly rude apparently coz i went there 15 min before closing on a Sunday 07/26. The person huffed and puffed, was making displeasure noises and dint even look at the glasses and told me they cant do anything. They were so rude. Never again.Never buying glasses here again.

Very clean, pleasant store. They made me feel welcome from the start. I appreciated how they asked if I wanted help or to be left to myself. Even though I thought I knew what I wanted, they helped me find styles that complimented my face and even weighed in when I asked for input. A great experience! I come back to them every year for new frames!

Excellent experience. Love the Warby frame choices--the first that look perfect on a narrow face. Dr. Carr was friendly and informative while confirming overall eye health not just finding my Rx. Was very comfortable with check-in, insurance check and frame/lense selection process. Highly recommend.

I felt very comfortable the knowledge. The gentleman was very helpful picking out just the right frame. Tried on quite a few and he was honest about what looked good and what didn’t. I will return I even bought sunglasses which I didn’t need. He did not push for The sale, my choice I highly recommend Warby Parker

This is my mother in laws workplace, and I am extremely happy with her and her coworkers. Krista and Brad helped me so much in picking out a comfortable and good look for me! I got the frame “Baird” and the quality and style is excellent. I couldn’t be happier! Go and see them :)
