Warby Parker - Staten Island Mall

So glad I found Warby Parker. Their prices are so affordable. Hundreds of styles to choose from . They make it extremely easy to shop in store- sales help has always been helpful. I recommend Warby to friends & family and even strangers when they compliment my glasses. Keep doing what you’re doing. I love Warby Parker !

They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed. It really made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Ali was patient, thorough, took the time to explain everything and made sure my prescription was spot on. Jimmy Coello, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me pick out the right frames and went above and beyond. The entire staff (Dr. Ali, Jimmy, Lee & Linda) were kind, professional, and made me feel taken care of the whole time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I left feeling confident and happy with my glasses. Highly recommend this location to anyone who wants real service and attention to detail.

I had a terrific experience with this store on Staten Island! They saw me at exactly my appointment time (no waiting). They checked my insurance as soon as I arrived and immediately after commenced with my exam. They even helped me choose my new frames! I was impressed that each person I spoke with gave me their complete attention with no interruptions. When I left the store I had no questions!

First time here. Linda was fantastic. She was extremely pleasant and helpful when it came to picking out the perfect frames. Dr. Ali was also great. Her exam was extremely thorough and she explained what she was doing and what she found in great detail. I could not have had a better experience.
