Warby Parker -Thayer St

I went into Warby Parker specifically to look at glasses and Angelina greeted me very warmly and she helped me pick out a great frame for my complexion. I didn't have enough time to buy them then and there. I went back the next day and ordered them. The people who took my order and helped with the measurements were also very helpful and friendly and made the whole process extremely smooth. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience getting my glasses fixed here! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Roger who helped me get taken care of right away. I came in just to replace one of my nose pads, and Kim, the optician, not only got the job done quickly but went above and beyond. She replaced both for me, cleaned the lenses, and even adjusted the frames so they were even and fit comfortably. My glasses felt almost brand new by the time I left. The store itself was also clean and organized. I greatly appreciated the friendly, attentive, and efficient service and highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Priscilla was incredibly helpful and made my most recent glasses purchase a breeze! I was returning a recently ordered pair that I didn’t end up loving in practice; so my confidence in my taste was a bit rattled. This was the first time ordering frames and lenses online. It was easy but I didn’t order the right size for myself. Feeling frustrated I decided to see if there was a store and wow they had one 10 minutes from my house on Thayer St. I walked in for an adjustment only and with Nick Chris and Priscilla’s help I left with new frames being delivered to their store with correct measured lenses. It was quick easy and perfect. Equal exchange didn’t have to pay any extra. And everyone was so nice and helped me choose the right frames for my face that look good. Thanks to everyone ach of you for all you do and for being open all day on a holiday weekend. I will be back next year. See you then
