Warby Parker - The District At Green Valley Ranch

It was my first time visiting Warby Parker at Green Valley Ranch, and I really had a great experience. I would say it was the best service I've ever received. The staff, Mina, was really friendly. I ended up staying for about more than an hour because of my indecisiveness, but Mina helped me pick out frames with so much care, as if she were choosing them for herself. I was truly grateful for her patience and dedication. I'm definitely coming back here the next time I need new glasses!

The entire process of purchasing new glasses with prescription lenses was incredibly easy, fast, and smooth from start to finish. Dr Kim and Mina were great. Actually everyone at the facility was super nice and accommodating. Not a bad vibe anywhere, and we were in and out with an appt without hitches

Mark was amazing! I walked in, he asked me a couple of questions and handed me the perfect pair of glasses!! I was speechless. Then I needed sunglasses. Again, he asked one or two questions and Again! Handed me the perfect pair. He guided me through the entire process and I was done in less than 30 minutes!! WP was a great experience.

I always come to Warby Parker Green Valley to get my free pair, and every visit has been a great experience. This time, Jaden helped me with the process, and she was kind, professional, and efficient. I already knew which frames I wanted since I work in the lab, so everything went smoothly.
