Warby Parker - The Forum Peachtree Corners

I’ve been a Warby Parker customer since 2019 and have visited a few different locations over the years. I recently stopped by this location because it was convenient to where I was, and I had such a great experience! I came in looking for new frames with a general idea of what I wanted, but I always have a hard time figuring out which styles truly suit me. Justin greeted me as soon as I walked in and was incredibly helpful, offering suggestions based on what I was looking for and what I liked. The other team members were just as welcoming and helpful, jumping in with suggestions and feedback as I tried on different frames. It really felt like a team effort! With their help, I narrowed several options down to two pairs that I purchased that day, plus another pair I saved to my favorites that I’ll likely be back for. The customer service and personalized attention really stood out. I can’t wait to get my new glasses, and I’ll definitely be back for future pairs!

Staff is awesome and super nice and so is the doctor. She was able to help me with my ongoing medical issues and even issue appropriate prescriptions and get in contact with my neuro ophthalmologist. I didn't even know eye doctors at stores like this could do that. The doctor also explains everything which is super cool and much appreciated.

I have purchased their glasses on-line and had a great experience. Visiting the store the first time was even better. Dr. Chen was excellent at explaining purpose of the equipment, steps in the exam process and offering information with visuals for concerns. The staff was great at making recommendations for frames and was very professional. I ordered four pair!!! What made it better is knowing items will be mailed vs. having to pick-up which is more convenient and being advised I could come in if there are any concerns.

I had recently purchased new regular and sun glasses. The sunglasses were very uncomfortable so when I was near a WP store ( we don’t have one near me), I popped in to see if something could be done. They let me select different frames that fit my nose better and were so helpful in facilitating the exchange and ensuring the fit of the new frames would avoid the problem I had with the original pair. Such great selection and again, super friendly staff

Great selection of styles and sizes. I purchased three pair online with the virtual try on tool and had some questions; the agent I chatted with was super prompt, polite and helpful. Lenses arrived faster than expected! I decided to go in the store to try different sizes on in person. Vincent was very patient and listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect frames! Highly recommend.
