Warby Parker - The Grove

I had a great experience! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. The staff made the entire process easy and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made me feel comfortable throughout my eye exam, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

I needed a Rx quickly and making an appointment here was super easy! Optometrist and technician were phenomenal! The tech explained the exam process thoroughly and was very friendly. The optometrist was also friendly and provided insight into specific lenses that could help me since I do a lot of work on the computer. When I finished up, the saleswoman on the floor asked what frames I'd like, to which I responded I would not be purchasing frames there (Lenscrafters does not offer the specific ones I was looking for). She brazenly asked me "So you only came here for the exam because it's covered by insurance?" Unprofessional whether you make commission or not. After that, I was unwillingly to follow up with an explanation. I imagine WarbyParker puts much pressure on these salespeople when frames can be purchased at steep discounts through retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Costco.

This office/store was exceedingly professional, courteous and considerate of me as a handicapped person (without being condescending). The Dr. spent time with me, answered my questions and concerns and I felt secure in her care. The floor personnel couldn’t have been more helpful and were quite attentive, ensuring I selected the best frames for my face. Wonderful experience and I will be back!

Awesome experience with knowledgeable and patient team members. They helped me try on every pair of glasses I wanted to, helped narrow them down with me and gave honest feedback and opinions. This is my 2nd experience buying glasses at this Warby Parker location and both experiences were excellent.

From the moment you walk in, the showroom is attractive and comfortable. I was there for an eye exam. Appointment was on schedule.The exam rooms are spotless, the exam equipment appears modern, and state of the art. My Dr., Maya Brady, spent much time explaining each test. She was not only knowledgeable, but also extremely pleasant. A great team at Warby Parker!!
