Warby Parker - The Shoppes At Union Hill

The Denville location was excellent. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The exam was thorough and the doctor clearly explained every test and the results. Picking out glasses was fun and the representative that helped me was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She went through my insurance options and I was able to get the frames I wanted and paid much less than expected.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Warby Parker! From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. Lissette, who helped me pick up my glasses, was incredibly so patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and answered all my questions without rushing me. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and professionalism, and it truly made a difference in my experience. You don’t see WP stores on every corner, so I was thrilled to find one so close to my house. It’s incredibly convenient. The store is extremely clean, and the staff is amazing—highly knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. I believe I’ve already purchased four different pairs from WP, and I’ve had a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

Patty started my appointment and was great. Dr. Cilindrello has been the best eye doctor I’ve had in years. She made me feel very comfortable and took her time, never felt rushed. Lisette was extremely patient and helpful in choosing lenses, purchasing contacts, and made the ease of choosing glasses a pleasant experience!

Showed up for a Noon appt. Was told the technician would be with me momentarily . 15 min later I asked how much longer (my appt was 12-12:20 pm and I had arranged my day around this time). The staff sorta shrugged and said that they weren’t sure really. Then I was told it would be another 30 minute wait. So, a 45-min wait for a 20 min eye appt.?? I left and will go to another eye store. I’ve heard this location had poor customer service but I guess I had to learn for myself! Don’t waste your time!!
