Absolutely love this location. The customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, and atmosphere is always top tier. I worked with Sam today, and he was absolutely amazing and had so much patience while I searched for glasses. Sam helped me by providing his opinion when asked and recommending frames based off what I liked. He was very friendly and so very helpful. Not to mention, no other place has the variety of frames and colors like Warby!

Always great selections. Friendly staff. Easy to deal with. Eye insurance accepted. Not a problem. Clean facility.
Everyone was so incredibly friendly and not pushy. They had excellent knowledge of the insurance process, and also their glasses selection. Most people would assume the sales people would know MOST things about the frames, but the woman we worked with had a quiet, confident knowledge and was SO helpful. The one downside about Warby Parker as a company, not this store in particular, is that they only have two types of progressive lenses. One that insurances take and one that insurances do not. If they had a third, which bridged the gap, such as many other places do (including Zenni optical online), more people would be able to use their insurance.
Always a great experience. Employees are personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I always get in & out in a reasonable amount of time, And Warby Parker stands behind its work and product. It’s the only place I’ve shopped for glasses in four years. Easily At Five Star experience. And by the way, the prices are great too.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the experts. They helped walk me thru multiple options and narrowed it down to few styles. Then they offered multiple fine tuning options and we settled on the frame. Then they discussed options in details for add ons and ran my insurance and submitted a claim on my behalf all before I left. Experience was so great I bought a spare pair for a discount. Will shop there again in future
