Warby Parker Union Station

It was awesome. My young lady was well informed about everything when it comes to eyeglasses. Even my prescription was explained into me. Something my own Eye doctor never did. I was not rushed. All my questions were answered patiently. This is the best eye doctor that I have ever been to. I’m hooked forever.. I highly recommend this store to each and everyone that happens to just stop by. Go ahead and get your glasses here it’s the best.

Alaina the optometric technician was wonderful she's only been at the store since November but she knows her stuff! she provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Natasha was extremely helpful as well on the sales floor and helped me pick out the perfect frames. The entire team at Warby Parker was excellent and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for eye care in D.C

The exam and purchasing classes lasted less than 45 minutes each, offering a quick and efficient experience. The process was highly convenient, complemented by outstanding customer service that ensured all needs were promptly addressed.

I've been a WP fan for over a decade and their frames just rule. They make anyone look great at a fair price. As for this location in Union Station, walk in and ask for Alaina! She is amazing and will give you the best customer service you could ask for.

Received excellent customer service. The assistant manager took the time to understand my preferences and to help me understand the important factors to consider in choosing a frame. Even after finding a frame that worked, she encouraged me to try on a few more to ensure that I had the perfect pair, not just settling for the first one I liked. I would highly recommend shopping at this branch, especially since they will now have eye exams too!
