This complex is busy, especially on weekends. But if you don't mind, it offers a lot of options. Staff is good at Warby Parker sunglasses, kind and helpful. They offer corrective lenses too. If you know you can order any of the glasses, the options are even more plentiful. They will adjust your glasses for you as well if you purchase there. Best, Bridgett

I've been using Warby Parker for over 10 years now. In that time I've tried getting my glasses 3 times from normal optometrist offices and have had major problems every time from 3 different offices- gaslighting me that the lenses had the requested options when they absolutely didn't (try riding a bus in the city without non-reflective coating), not leaving me alone for months of direct contact to upsale me by telling me I would go blind without cornea shaping contact lenses (I went to a specialist, this is not true), and recently not accepting their mistake of incorrect pupilary distance and having me wear $600 glasses giving me warped vision and refusing to redo the measurement/lenses because "it's just a stronger prescription" I need to get used to. I've never had a single weird moment with Warby employees, I've never had problems with the products, and never felt pressured to get anything extra. I brought that same (barely) stronger prescription in to this location and got some great new frames that don't give me headaches. I even went to the Bellevue location's optometrist office one year and had a great experience (just a bit far). Also shout out to the Capitol Hill location who have helped me multiple times, even with non-Warby glasses.
Warby Parker is a great place for fashionable glasses and great customer service. I have been a customer of Warby Parker for at least 5 years. I have purchased prescription glasses for me and my kiddo numerous times. Whenever I’m in the area I pop in to have them refit my glasses, tighten screws and to give them a good cleaning. It’s all complementary. I totally recommend this store. They are helpful, nice and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Warby Parker!
Just had a wonderful experience at the UV Warby Parker. First time shopper at this establishment and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable staff and selection of eyewear. Staff was attentive and helpful in selecting the right pair of glasses.
Stopped by a month ago with a pair of glasses I had bought online that were sitting slightly low. It was not a busy day, and after a few minutes of wait, a friendly staff member came out and was able to quickly help adjust the frames for me to better fit my face.
