Warby Parker - W Broughton St

I made a same day appointment. When I got there I was greeted by store personnel and was helped immediately, although I was 20 minutes early. The store staff and the doctor were easy to talk to. The doctor explained everything clearly to me in reference to my exam and his findings. The store staff sold me frames and lenses and took their time showing me options. It was a "feel good" experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

I recently took my daughter to Warby Parker in downtown Savannah to get a new pair of glasses, and we had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions, and the service was quick and efficient. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great eyewear and excellent customer service.

Excellent, caring staff. Convenient eye exam and able to find my next pair of glasses in the same place. Staff was very accommodating, they even temporarily fixed my old WP glasses while I waited for my new pair. I will be coming back. Thank you!

After visiting large retail vision centers and receiving horrible customer services I decided to try Warby Parker. The service I received was excellent and the prices were great. You will not get name brand glasses here but the styles are good and just the fact that the staff was pleasant and helpful was invaluable. I highly recommend this location!

Great service, came for a check up and had one of the best experiences I ever had in any establishment. Organized, professional and modern. The tech they have for eye test is great. Definitely recommend them. Have to go back to pick my frames because I ran out of time.
