After a disappointing experience at another glasses retailer, my husband and I stopped into this location to try on some frames. I wish we had just come here to begin with. He has owned a few pairs of Warby Parker glasses previously but we hadn't been in a physical location. The staff was friendly and super knowledgeable, especially Mikaela who helped us find some great pairs.
Staff was amazing. During my exam the retail tech pulled several options to look at and helped me pick a pair that I absolutely loved. They were ALL friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and overall it was a great experience. I can't wait to get my glasses!
Staff were incredible helpful, efficient and detailed in making sure to get my first time progressive prescription accurate. They went above and beyond to help with insurance (out of network) and make sure everything was smooth.
Warbly Parker is conveniently located, easy to schedule an appointment, within a day or two. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and invested in my experience. I always return. No brainer.
After having my expensive sunglasses dropped on a hard floor, I was nervous. Fortunately, this place inside Target is open to adjust your shades at no cost at all. The staff present, Chase, was very helpful and friendly, and had managed to adjust my sunglasses! Highly recommend checking this place out.
