Fantastic experience at Warby Parker! I shopped for three different frames with prescription lenses and received truly outstanding, personalized customer service. Kevin and Anna were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, striking the perfect balance between great aesthetic recommendations, technical and medical expertise, and guidance on insurance benefits. Add to that a purpose-driven brand with a great mission, and they really got it all right. Highly recommend!

Wonderful neighborhood store for contacts, glasses, and optometry appointments. I'm a long-time customer but prompted to write a review because they were SO helpful earlier this week when I'd forgotten to pack contact lenses for a trip into the city. They quickly found some samples for me. Really saved the day! Thank you.

I came in needing urgently needing contacts for an event and I had ran out. The staff was really sweet and helpful and found a way to ensure I was prepped for the conference in time. Shoutout to the team for being so incredibly warm and helpful! Highly recommend this Warby Parker location!

Good selection of frames: more color than in the past and the usual excellent service. This Washington Street location in the Village is always a great WP experience. Prices seem a bit higher, but still better than the other places.

I love Warby Parker because it offers a seamless experience. You browse and try all the frames you like without staff interference, and then complete the purchase with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Staff is never pushy. You can even do your eye exam there (but note they do not do it for rigid gas permeable contacts). Stores decor is pleasant and puts you in a relaxed mood. Definitely recommend!
