Associates were very helpful but didn't breathe down your neck & knowledgeable about their frames & policies. Gave honest opinions which I value. Convenient location & beautiful store. Good select and very fair prices (frames AND lenses starting at $95 is unheard of). Accept FSA. I purchased x2 glasses & x1 sunglasses today alone, I will definitely be back!
Seemed good when I left my appointment and ordered my glasses in the store but I looked at my order and it didn’t actually cover both my near and far vision, I should have had progressives and even though we talked about it, they just put it through for single vision and skipped the progressives, I’m assuming because the progressives were $150 more. And even though the optometrist told me I could get the progressives and anti fatigue but clearly I couldn’t because online they said that it’s impossible to have those 2 things together… they wouldn’t refund me the appointment so not I can either buy their glasses when I don’t even know if they have what I need or pay for another appointment somewhere else
Love this place! Close parking, Easy and convenient eye exam new technology makes the exam easier! They have a great selection of frames. I had the exam, glasses, contacts, prescription sunglasses purchased in an hour. Super friendly staff helping you pick out your frames.
This store is so simple to shop in. All frames are uni-sex and displayed clearly. I immediately found exactly what I was looking for. The attendant was helpful and courteous.
They have a great selection of frames at reasonable prices. The additional lens protection at no additional cost is a nice benefit. Aimee was friendly, provided great custom service and had a good knowledge of the products she was selling.
